Finally the weekend!

Last night after my sister's softball game the family went out to eat and saw the Avengers, which left me totally unimpressed! There was no story line, corny jokes, and basically they blew something up every few minutes, but I guess if you are in to that sort of thing it was a great movie. Anyways I'm so thankful it's the weekend! We are going to an open house for a seminary graduate at our church! Then I need to workout since I haven't in like a week!
What are you doing this weekend?

Reading List

I just finished reading Crazy Love by Francis Chan. It's a great book! It motivated me to take action and not just "sit around", and it opened my eyes to how a Christian should be living. Often I feel like I'm doing just fine living the way I am, but when I actually evaluate my life I find out I have lots of work to do. I need to be using the talents God has given me for His purposes and not think about what I will do in the future but think about the impact I can make now. So in other words I highly recommend this book!

Love this book!!!!

Week in Review

My week consisted of me being sick. It all started Monday with a sore throat and 6 days later I'm still sick!!! I watched tons of movies and TV shows including facts about the upcoming Olympics, which made me want to get outside and run a marathon, but sadly I was stuck inside. I went to school 2 days this week, and as much as I love missing days of school during research paper is not the greatest time to stay home, but what can I do. Anyways this week wasn't very interesting...hopefully next week will be better.

This is what I have been dreaming of all week...love the Olympics!!!!!!

Nothing but time

Im sick today...so I have loads of time to do whatever. I decided to start a blog. Please excuse any misspellings or grammar mistake... and I'm not an eloquent writer, but I want to share my thoughts about different things and maybe some outfit pics. We'll see how it goes!
